By accessing and using All Note AI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes subject to the following restrictions:
- You must not modify or copy the materials
- You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
- You must not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
- You must not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. All Note AI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
All Note AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account or payment method at confirmation of purchase
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice
Your use of the Service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by All Note AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall All Note AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
