Which kinds of Chinese are supported?

Mandarin (mainland China, simplified characters) is the default; Cantonese and Taiwanese Mandarin are listed on our languages page. Our languages page lists every accent and region we support.

What if my recording mixes Chinese and English?

Each file is transcribed in one main language. Choose the language spoken most; parts in the other language may come out less accurately.

Is my file kept?

Files are deleted 7 days after the transcript is ready, or straight away when you click Delete. We never use them to train AI.
